A Russian Delegation Arrives Here

A Russian delegation led by Konstantin Mogilevski, vice-minister of Science and High Education of the Russian Federation, arrived here on Monday to take part in the Second DPRK-Russia Rector forum.

Officials concerned and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy officials greeted the delegation at Pyongyang International Airport.
