Core of Mainstay of Our Revolution

At the important speech made at the opening ceremony of the workshop, the respected General Secretary stressed that the core of single-minded unity, the mainstay of our revolution, is ideological oneness.
The most ideal and solid unity is formed based on one ideology.
Only when it is based on one ideology, can the unity and cohesion of revolutionary ranks display invincible might.
The single-minded unity of all the people grounded on the revolutionary ideology of the great leader is the greatest and most powerful weapon of revolution.
Once, the respected General Secretary taught that no force can match the strength of our single-minded unity in which the Party and the popular masses, the leader and all the people are firmly rallied with one ideology and will and bonded with warm kindred feelings.
Only when the whole society is modeled on one ideology, can the political and ideological unity and cohesion of the Party and revolutionary ranks be realized, revolution and construction be pushed forward with the leader’s revolutionary ideology as the only guideline and the entire Party, the whole country and all the people move as one under the monolithic guidance of the leader.
Today, our single-minded unity is strengthened under the leadership of the respected General Secretary as a revolutionary unity which never wavers in the face of any hardship and difficulties and an invincible unity which is incessantly intensified through generations.
The ideological oneness of the whole society is not provided by itself.
When we wage intensive ideological work for arming ourselves with the revolutionary ideology of the leader, it will be converted into the ideas and will and outlook on life of all the people to achieve the ideological oneness of the whole society and the might of one in mind and body leads to the prosperity and development of the state.
Our Party has held fast to the Juche-oriented theory of giving importance to ideology and directed primary efforts to firmly arming all the members of the society with the Juche idea.
As it gave definite precedence to ideological work in keeping with the intrinsic requirements of the socialist society and intensified the work for modeling the whole society on the Juche idea in every period and state of the developing revolution, our country could achieve the political and ideological unity, the one and only in the world, and distinguish itself as a political and ideological power envied by the world by defending the socialist system firmly by dint of single-minded unity despite the concentrated counterrevolutionary offensive of the imperialist allied forces.
It is the immovable will of our Party to carry forward the precious tradition of the Korean revolution which was pioneered by ideology and won victory with ideology and thus boldly open a new era of comprehensive development.
When we fortify our single-minded unity whose essence and core are the ideological oneness of the whole society, holding aloft the Juche-oriented theory of giving importance to ideology, our country will win victory after victory and we can brilliantly accomplish the cause of building a powerful socialist country.
