Strong Will to Carry on Road of Sacred Juche Revolution

An endless stream of visitors throngs to the Korean Revolution Museum in the run-up to the １００th anniversary of the formation of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU), the origin of Korean revolution and the historical root of our Party.

According to data available, more than ３００ ０００ people including officials, working people, youth and schoolchildren and service personnel have visited the Korean Revolution Museum this year marking the １００th anniversary of the formation of the DIU.

Furthermore, the number of visitors is on the increase with the approach of the anniversary of the DIU formation.

The visitors recollect with deep emotion the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung who secured a turning point of the destiny of our people with the formation of the DIU and opened up the new history of our revolution advancing on the principle of independence.

The President entered Hwasong Uisuk School in June １９２６ with the will to save the destiny of the country and people at stake.

The President, who matured his plan to wage a revolutionary struggle with a totally different method from the preceding activists, finally formed the DIU with new-generation young people aspiring after socialism and communism, cherishing the immovable faith to realize the national liberation and class liberation under the ideal of anti-imperialism and independence, on October １７, １９２６.

The visitors look at the picture depicting the historic day with great impression.

Listening to the lecturer’s explanation of the formation of the DIU, the visitors keenly feel that it was the historic cause which could be achieved only by the President to form a vanguard organization of Juche revolution, a genuine communist revolutionary organization, in the tragic condition where the people were forced the destiny of slaves and in the harsh conditions and environment where extreme national chauvinism and the idea of meniality and submission prevailed.

Looking at the photos of Kim Won U, Choe Chang Gol, Kye Yong Chun, Kang Pyong Son and Pak Kun Won, the first members of the DIU, the visitors reflect themselves upon the noble spirit of the young revolutionaries.

They also harden their resolve to train themselves as today’s ardent fighters of the DIU trusting and upholding the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un alone like the members of the DIU who pioneered the history of unity and cohesion, holding the President in the center of unity and leadership.

They renew their determination to carry forward the lofty souls and spirit of the DIU members who remained boundlessly faithful to the revolution, confident that the future of the Juche revolution is endlessly bright as they have the respected General Secretary who carries on the sacred history of Korean revolution which started from the DIU.

The endless stream of the visitors to the Korean Revolution Museum showcases the steadfast faith of our people and service personnel to accomplish the cause of the Juche revolution by inheriting the ideal and spirit of the DIU following the leadership of the respected General Secretary.
