Exhibition of Intangible Cultural Heritages -2026 Opens

The exhibition of intangible cultural heritages-２０２６ opened in the DPRK, under the theme "Protection, inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage".

On display at the exhibition are more than １４０ kinds of national and local intangible cultural heritage presented by more than ９０ units, including the Agricultural Commission, the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Light Industry.

An opening ceremony took place at the Moranbong Youth Park on Oct. １５.

Present there were officials concerned, officials and researchers of the exhibitor units.

A speech was made at the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the exhibition venue.

During the exhibition there will be a presentation of experience gained in protecting and developing intangible cultural heritage.
