Patriots Increase Day by Day

Now all the people of the DPRK wage the campaign to fully carry out the tasks set forth at the historic Eighth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea. During the campaign the number of patriots devoting themselves to the prosperity of the country and happiness of the generations to come increases day by day.

The Rangnang Disabled Soldiers’ Essential Plastic Goods Factory was awarded Kim Il Sung Order for its great contribution to improving people’s living standards by over-fulfilling the national economic plan every year with ardent patriotism.

A lot of officials and working people who distinguished themselves in the struggle to implement the Party’s ideas and safeguard its policies with boundless loyalty to the Party received the top order and top prizes of the DPRK bearing the august names of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Meanwhile, a number of working youth, officials of the youth league and students received top honour prizes for the youth as they have performed worthwhile feats in the important sectors, construction sites and science research bases.

During the struggle the number of the meritorious persons of socialist patriotism and model worker honour prize winners also remarkably increased.

The struggle to implement the tasks set forth the Eighth Party Congress produced many young socialist patriotic pioneers and winners of the Communist Mother Honor Prize.

Indeed, the above-said patriots are models of the times our Party values and puts forward and the reality encourages our people who have turned out for glorifying this year as an eventful year of epochal turn.
