Cement for Recovery Project Arrived in South Hamgyong Province

Cement for the reconstruction of flood-hit areas arrived in South Hamgyong Province.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saw to it that the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) issued an order to powerfully propel the reconstruction project in South Hamgyong Province by dint of the great army-civilian unity and render powerful national financial and material support to the provincial recovery campaign.

He clarified in detail the orientations and ways for the reconstruction several times and took a measure to urgently allocate a share of the state reserves for supplying basic materials necessary for the recovery project.

The officials, working people and service personnel of the province are waging an all-out recovery campaign, being convinced that they will surely emerge victorious by dint of the single-minded unity and the army-civilian unity in which people and service personnel are closely rallied behind the Party.
