Recycling Technologies Applied in DPRK

The State Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Railway Science in the DPRK have developed new recycling technologies of high economic value.
The State Academy of Sciences established a technological process for producing aluminium hydroxide with aluminium solution waste material. Thus, a sci-tech guarantee was provided to produce aluminium hydroxide independently while making much profit.
The Academy of Railway Science developed a technology for producing phosphorus barking shoe with ferro-phosphorus. The development of phosphorus barking shoe, which has a twice longer life than cast iron barking shoe, makes it possible to save a large amount of pig iron and ferro-silicon.
