A spring sports contest of aged people took place at the Badminton Gymnasium in Chongchun Street of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, from April 27 to 29.

Among the audience were Choe Il Hong, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of Korea Federation for the Care of the Aged, and working citizens.

The contest was held, divided into badminton and tennis games.

Its participants showed the happy looks of the aged enjoying a worthwhile life full of vigor under the policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the state for the care of the elderly.
