The strategic guideline for repelling sudden attack of the enemy and switching over to the decisive and immediate counteroffensive which was put forward in the first days of the war, the guideline for the operation for the liberation of Taejon City, the one for establishing a second front behind enemy lines by regular units of the Korean People’s Army(KPA), active position warfare operation, tunnel tactics, mountain warfare, night warfare, the snipers’ team movement, the movement of aircraft-hunting teams, the tank hunters’ team movement and many other tactics…
Those of our style strategies and tactics created by the President in person were the key to the miracle and victory which overpowered the numerical and technical superiority of the enemy with tactical superiority.
It was proved eloquently by the KPA’s brilliant military achievements in the movement of aircraft-hunting teams.
On the basis of analysing the experiences of air-defence struggle, the President issued an order of the supreme commander to organize the aircraft-hunting teams on Dec. 29 in Juche 39(1950).
In order to further energize the movement of aircraft-hunting teams, in Feb of Juche 41(1952), the President convened the meeting of model members of aircraft-hunting groups and saw to it that they generalized their useful experiences of shooting down enemy planes with small arms.
The KPA soldiers launched the movement of aircraft-hunting teams so briskly that they shot down over 1 200 planes of the enemy, that boasted of the "air superiority", in 1952 alone after the meeting.
Looking back upon the history, a war, in a sense, is a confrontation of the tactics of operations and the art of command between military commanders.
In fact, the US imperialists introduced all strategies and tactics mapped out by strategists and warlike generals who puffed themselves up in the Western world.
However, all those were frustrated by the President who devised the ever-victorious strategies and tactics and Juche-based art of war.
Indeed, the President is the ever-victorious iron-willed brilliant commander who led the Fatherland Liberation War to victory by performing unique Juche-based military strategies and tactics unprecedented in the world history of war.
