Among them is a revolutionary song "Song of the Ten-Point Programme of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland".
On the basis of working out the "Ten-Point Programme of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland", the "Inaugural Declaration of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland" and the "Rules of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland", the President proclaimed the founding of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland (ARF) to the world in Doggang, Fusong County in May, Juche 25(1936).
Deeply thinking about how to widely spread the ten-point programme of the ARF among the broad masses in simply terms, he penetrated into the role of songs in the revolutionary struggle and personally created the "Song of the Ten-Point Programme of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland".
As soon as the song, which reflects the contents of the ten-point programme, came to the world, it warmly grasped the hearts of the Korean people.
The illiterates also liked to sing the song because they could clearly understand the immediate objective and fighting task of the Korean revolution through the song.
And everybody used to learn the song instantly as it was easy to sing.
The members of the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army widely sang the song through the question-and-answer contests and the broad masses including workers, peasants and farmers learnt hard the song and sang it with great fervor.
The Korean people turned out in the sacred struggle for liberating the fatherland, keeping deep in mind the real meaning of the ten-point programme of the ARF.
The immortal revolutionary exploits of the President, who put forward the idea of the great national unity earlier and achieved the historic cause of the national liberation by uniting the patriotic forces as one, are shining more brilliantly with the "Song of the Ten-Point Programme of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland".
