While visiting the different research rooms of the institute, bedrooms, dinning rooms and exercise rooms, he dropped in at a bathroom.
The General Secretary, carefully seeing the water tank of the bathroom, said that the bathroom had never been used.
In fact, the research institute was newly built thanks to the loving care and benevolence of the General Secretary who spares nothing for agricultural scientists and technicians.
Thus, the officials of the institute had planned to allow the researchers to use the splendid buildings of the institute after showing to the General Secretary.
It was not only their intention but also researchers’.
Being informed about the fact, the respected General Secretary said to an official of the institute that the official was not meticulous in taking care of researchers and it would have been better if officials had allowed them to use the bathroom while inquiring about the temperature and quantity of water, etc., and taken measures.
The officials were impressed with his saying.
There is no leader in the world except the General Secretary who always thinks of convenience of the people first.
The devoted service to people is the greatest love for and dedication to them that regard it as the most important affair to fulfill the demands and interests of the people and spare nothing for them.
Devoted service to people, herein lies the worth of existence of officials.
