Receiving Congratulatory Bouquets 

There took place a meeting for congratulating innovators at the Lead Refining Shop of the Munphyong Smeltery in early August.

At the meeting Jon Chol Hyok, a worker of the shop, received an armful of bouquets amid a loud applause. He was moved to tears.

He remembered the official of sub-primary Party organization and other officials of the workshop, who made big efforts for his wedding ceremony instead of his late father, and Party cell secretary and members of his work-team, who have always encouraged and loved him.

Thanks to their benevolence, Jon became a proud innovator and famous inventor of the Lead Refining Shop and the Munphyong Smeltry.

He said with tears:

"These bouquets are yours. My success is unthinkable without the grateful collective."

His words reflect his will to repay the love and expectation of the organization and the collective.

Sincerity Devoted to Family of Service Personnel

A few days ago, officials and employees of Okryu Restaurant visited the house of Thae Song Chol, a worker of the Pyongyang Construction Commission.

Thae Song Chol and his wife were startled to see those unexpected guests. Their daughter Thae Pom Hui had served at Okryu Restaurant before joining the Korean People’s Army in late August.

There took place a meeting for congratulating Thae Pom Hui at Okryu Restaurant when she volunteered to join in the army with the will to lead a worthwhile life of youth.

At the end of the meeting the official of the primary Party committee of the restaurant said that Thae Pom Hui is an employee of the restaurant although she joined the army expressing the will to take good care of her family until she comes back after military service. So, the officials visited Thae’s house to keep the promise.

Thae Song Chol said that his daughter worked at Okryu Restaurant for less than a year and failed to perform distinguished feats for the collective, showing his gratitude.

Officials said that it is their duty to take good care of the family of service personnel.

Thae Song Chol and his wife felt pride of a family of service personnel and renewed their pledge to make bigger efforts for the country.
