The officials helped relevant researchers to produce the fertilizer effective for floriculture and also paid deep attention to improving technical skills of the employees.

Thus, they succeeded in producing the fertilizer and the enthusiasm for solving arising problems in a sci-tech way was encouraged among the employees.
