True to the Party’s policy which regards the work for bringing up the children healthily as its important revolutionary task, every province, city and county acorss the country consolidate and expand the basis for producing dairy products.

The provinces gained rich experiences while equipping foodstuff factories in cities and counties with dairy production process, and this year manufactured equipment for producing dairy products to send them to rural ris.

Remarkable successes were made in North Hamgyong Province.

Officials of the province pushed ahead with the work for manufacturing equipment for producing dairy products and equipped all the rural ris of the province with those equipment.

As a result, they are able to produce the dairy products by their own efforts.

Similar successes were made in South Hamgyong Province.

The province increased the number of units for manufacturing equipment on the basis of early experiences and hastened the processing of accessories; meanwhile organized the work for spreading sci-tech knowledge necessary for installing equipment and running the production process.

North Phyongan Province achieved significant successes in consolidating foundation of producing the dairy products.

Last year, the province equipped hundreds of rural ris with equipment for producing dairy products and, this year, sent the equipment to over 270 rural ris.

Officials of Thaechon, Sonchon, Yomju and Ryongchon counties, and Kusong and Sinuiju cities set examples in equipping every ri with the equipment for producing dairy products.

Other provinces including North Hwanghae, Kangwon, South Hwanghae, Ryanggang provinces and Pyongyang Municipality bring good results in consolidating the foundation for producing dairy products.
