Ambassador Le Ba Vinh and staff members of the Vietnamese embassy here laid a floral basket before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill on Dec. 17, the 12th anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il.

On the same day, Charge d’Affaires ad Interim Thong Sivilay and staff members of the Lao embassy visited the statues of the great leaders to pay tribute to them.
