On the morning of New Year’s Day many medical workers from various hospitals visited the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant with lots of aid materials for health promotion of working people who are making collective innovation in this year’s struggle.

Among them are medical workers of the Pyongyang University of Medicine Hospital.

The Pyongyang University of Medicine Hospital has made it an institution to visit several units by organizing field medical team. In the end of last year there took place a consultative meeting at the hospital. At the meeting a senior official of the hospital called upon all the medical workers to cherish the devoted service spirit of the wartime frontline medics and medical workers in the era of Chollima during the field medical team activity.

Therefore, the medical workers of the hospital provided plenty of tonics for health promotion to the workers as well as conducting field medical team activities at several units.

Receiving the tonics and medical treatment, officials and employees of the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant expressed gratitude to the medical workers.

Medical workers of many hospitals including the Koryo Medicine General Hospital have conducted the field medical team activities at the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant, too.

Throughout the country many field medical teams have been organized and give medical treatment to working people at major thrusts of socialist construction.

Appearances of the field medical team members show the ardent enthusiasm of medical workers across the country to devote their pure conscience and fulfill their duty in New Year’s advance to implement the decision of the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee.
