Rojok Peak in Outer Chilbo of Mt Chilbo is one of the natural monuments in our country.

The peak is beside the road extending from the seat of Pochon-ri in Myongchon County, North Hamgyong Province to the Pakdal Pass.

The cone-shaped peak is surrounded by curious rocks and appeared in the Jurassic period of the Mesozoic age.

It looks like a big rice stack and is 50 meters in height.

Pine and maple trees grow taking roots in its cracks and the Pochon stream flows under it.

The peak, as a rare one which takes queer shape, is of weighty significance in studying the topography of the area of Mt Chilbo and is a precious living monument enhancing the beauty of the mountain.
