Medical workers from curative and preventive units across the DPRK are briskly conducting field medical service at various industrial establishments seething with the struggle for carrying out the important tasks set forth at the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

The Kim Man Yu Hospital formed medical teams with competent medical workers and dispatched them to the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and the East Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant.

On the first day of the new year, leading officials of the Pyongyang University of Medicine Hospital visited the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant with various kinds of efficacious medicines to conduct medical service.

Medical workers of the Ryugyong Dental Hospital, too, have conducted medical service activities by applying advanced treatment methods at different units from the outset of the year.

The same is true of medical workers in North and South Phyongan provinces and other parts of the country.
