Meetings took place in North Hwanghae, Jagang, Kangwon and South Hamgyong provinces and Rason and Kaesong municipalities to vow to thoroughly implement the resolutions of the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).

Present there were officials of regional Party and power organs, working people’s organizations, industrial establishments, farms and universities and working people, youth and students.

Reports and speeches were made at the meetings.

Reporters and speakers said that the important report and conclusion made by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK serve as immortal guidelines for continuous innovation and uninterrupted leap as they instill new fighting spirit, enthusiasm and conviction in the bright future into all the people of the country.

They called for directing steady efforts to the 12 major goals of key significance in developing the economy and improving the people’s living standard and raising the fierce flames of miracles and innovations in all fields and units.

The reporters and speakers ardently called upon all the officials, Party members and other working people to make strenuous efforts in the general advance for a leap forward to a new victory in the spirit of continuous bold and stubborn offensive and thus thoroughly carry out the tasks for 2024 of the Five-Year Plan set forth by the Eighth Congress of the Party.

Letters of pledge to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings.

Then followed mass demonstrations.
