Sea Chilbo is famous for its spectacular coastal landscape. At Sea Chilbo there is Mujigae (rainbow) Rock, a natural monument.

The Mujigae Rock faces the East Sea on the east and the low hill on the west.

There is a beach cliff on the north side of the rock and there are round basalt rocks under the cliff.

The low hill on the west is covered with pine, oak and maple trees to add beauty and match the surrounding scenery.

The rock was rainbow-shaped.

The Mujigae Rock is about 8 meters high. Its cave is 4.5 meters high and 10 meters long.

The oddly-shaped Mujigae Rock has long been known as a scenic spot. And it is a sea cave formed by coastal erosion. Therefore, it is a natural monument of significance in academic and scenic aspects.
