The 11th enlarged plenary meeting of the 10th Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League (SPYL) took place on Thursday.

Present there were members and alternate members of the Central Committee of the youth league.

Officials of the Central Committee of the youth league and youth league committees in ministries, national institutions, provinces, cities and counties attended the meeting as observers.

The meeting discussed the issue of thoroughly implementing the resolutions of the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, etc.

Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the SPYL, made a report.

The reporter said that the historic documents of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un, which clarified the orientation of advance and the policies of struggle for this year for creditably implementing the Korean-style development strategy, serve as an immortal banner for leading the Korean revolution to a fresh upsurge and bringing earlier the new era of national prosperity.

At the historic December 2023 Plenary Meeting of the WPK Central Committee, the respected fatherly Marshal set forth the tasks and ways for strengthening the union organizations including the issue for the working people’s organizations to conduct effective ideological education among their members and hold fast to the internal work of the unions as the main, the reporter noted.

He called upon all the youth league officials to fulfill their responsibility in the van of the struggle for ushering in a new heyday of socialist construction of our own style as required by the bright blueprint clarified by the Party Central Committee and thus contribute to demonstrating the might of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League.
