Service Spirit He Deeply Implanted

In July several years ago the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory despite the sultry weather.

When he dropped in at the production site, he looked at the front wall carefully for some reason.

Accompanying officials were perplexed.

The respected General Secretary commented that the wall of the production site was cracked and, in such a crack, germs could inhabit with ease, adding that the factory should improve the production environment, though it would stop production for about two months.

The officials were deeply moved by his noble intention that even a slightest defect should not be allowed in the work for our people.

In fact, many officials and visitors looked round the production site, but they could not find the crack on the wall. If they had found it, they would have regarded it as a matter of no importance.

But our General Secretary did not overlook the narrowest crack on the wall of the production site and instructed them to correct the defect.

That day the officials kept deeply in their minds the true spirit of serving people.

Best Recipe

One December day of Juche 105(2016) the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the December 6 Children’s Camp in Kangwon Province.

Looking round the camp which was built spectacularly on the picturesque coast, he warmly said that the province produced the finishing building materials for construction of the camp on its own, and it was proud fruition brought about by the augmented mental spirit of the Party members and working people in the province.

And he added that their products were slightly imperfect, however their spirit to produce finishing building materials on their own efforts was praiseworthy and that theirs was just the campaign to root out the proclivity to import and such was the best recipe for proclivity to import.

He highly praised the officials and employees of the factories and enterprises in the province who produced the finishing building materials on their own.

Receiving his undeserved praise, the officials were wrapped in surging emotion because they realized his great expectation that Kangwon Province would rush forward in the vanguard of the era upholding the banner of self-reliance.

That day the respected General Secretary said all the sectors and units should follow the spirit of self-reliance displayed by the people in Kangwon Province.

Hearing the encouraging news, the officials, Party members and working people in the province made a firm pledge to repay the trust of the respected General Secretary with loyalty.
