Exemplary agricultural workers from across the country began touring the capital city of Pyongyang.

The Party took such a benevolent measure for those who devoted their sincere efforts to farming last year upholding the new program for rural revolution set forth by the Party.

The exemplary farmers’ tour of Pyongyang has been continued for several decades since it started under the care of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

According to an official of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, the tour of Pyongyang is organized for several times a year.

At present, those who started the tour on Jan 22 are touring various places of Pyongyang after visiting the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun.

Among them are the Korean Revolutionary Museum, the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Site, the Revolutionary Martyrs’ Cemetery on Mt.Taesong, Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum and the Tower of Juche Idea.

The agricultural workers also enjoy delightful days at the cultural and leisure bases including the Central Zoo, Pyongyang Circus Theater, Munsu Water Park and are served at public catering establishments like Okryu and Chongryu restaurants.

The tour of Pyongyang of the exemplary agricultural workers goes on.
