Guarantee of Success in Work

One December day of Juche 103(2014) the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected a textile factory.

That day he looked round the newly arranged room for the education in the revolutionary history and the room dedicated to the history of the mill and expressed satisfaction over the fact that the officials and employees of the mill face-lifted the rooms to be models of the whole country.

The respected General Secretary, saying that the factory should intensify the education through the revolutionary relics so that the employees of the mill can deeply cherish the pride of working at the honorable mill, continued that, by doing so, they should add eternal brilliance to the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Stressing the need to conduct intensive ideological offensive to make employees regard their posts as the major battle area for improving the people’s living standard and the first trench for defending socialism, he said that buzzing sound of machines in full operation is sound of advance and victory of socialism and heralds advance of our country and revolution.

Listening to the respected General Secretary, officials deeply realized again that the guarantee of all successes in work lies in giving priority to ideological work to call forth the mental strength of masses.

Why He Was Pleased

One June day 10-odd years ago the respected General Secretary inspected a factory in Pyongyang.

That day he repeatedly noted with high appreciation that the factory was modernized and the cultured way of production and life was perfectly established.

When he looked round a production process an official of the factory informed him that they manufactured most of equipment of the process on their own.

The respected General Secretary, expressing great satisfaction, said that the production process could be established only using the equipment made by our scientists, technicians and workers.

After a while the respected General Secretary warmly said that it is important for us that the factory modernized the production process and established the cultured way of production and life, but it is more precious that they mobilized the mental strength of masses.

His earnest instruction teaches that we should fully display the spirit of self-reliance on the road of general advance for comprehensive development of socialist construction.

Issue He Stressed Repeatedly

One July day in Juche 104(2015), the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex.

While looking round a production site that day, he, stroking the lathe personally, appreciated that it was a good deed that the workshop was renovating the lathe in a modern way by its own efforts, and added that our working class have upheld the Party with high spiritual strength for 70 years.

Officials of the complex were impressed looking up to the respected General Secretary who valued the mind of the working class of the complex making efforts to uphold the Party’s intention despite the difficult situation.

And then the respected General Secretary stressed the need to enhance their militant functions and roles of the Party organizations of the complex.

He continued that the complex should carry out the revolutionary tasks facing the complex by enlisting its Party organizations and arousing the mental power of the officials and employees and if the Party organizations turn out in the drive, there is nothing impossible to do.

And he emphasized again that the Party organization of the complex should inspire the officials and workers in order to make them work as befitting the hard-core unit of the Party and heroic one.

That day, the officials made a firm determination to steadily carry forward the proud traditions of the factory by giving full play to the spiritual strength of the masses with vigorous front-style political work as intended by the respected General Secretary.
