Height of Curbstone He Set in Person

Once the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery which was near completion.

That day, while giving precious instructions arising in completing the cemetery more splendidly, he acquainted himself with the paving of roads inside the cemetery district.

He asked accompanying officials about the surface of the road and height of curbstone.

Being told about it from an official, the respected General Secretary taught in detail that the roads should be paved about 20 centimetres lower than the surface of the curbstone.

Like this the respected General Secretary paid deep attention to the height of curbstone lest the war veterans and wartime merited persons and other old persons should feel inconveniences.

The height of curbstone he set in person!

It shows the the highest and deepest love of the respected General Secretary who values most our people including the war veterans and takes warm care of them.

Newly-appeared Turnstiles

One September day in Juche 104(2015), the respected General Secretary visited the newly-built Changgwang Shop in Mirae Scientists Street.

Looking round the shop, he said with pleasure that the shop was stacked with diverse and quality goods produced by the working people in the field of munitions industry and the goods were exhibited well, expressing his great satisfaction at the fact that the shop was arranged brightly.

After looking at the vessels displayed at the hard glass vessel stand, he gave an undeserved praise saying that the home-made hard glass vessels were good enough.

While heading for the entrance after a while, he suddenly halted and looked around the stand for a long time.

Accompanying officials, too, looked at him, not knowing exactly why.

The respected General Secretary stressed that the turnstiles should be installed in the entrances of each stand enabling the visitors to pass through the only direction they entered, suggested putting the cash register there for them.

Officials and servants of the shop were content with the fact that the visitors might select and buy various goods, but the respected General Secretary made the officials realize their mistakes on the spot, considering even a slight inconvenience to be felt by the visitors.

After that, turnstiles newly appeared at each stand of the shop thanks to the warm fatherly love.
