One November day in Juche 110(2021), the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un gave on-the-spot guidance to Samjiyon City as regards the conclusion of Samjiyon City construction.

That day, he looked round Phothae-dong where the dwelling houses and public buildings were newly built against Mt Phothae.

Enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the dong from the observation deck, he expressed his great satisfaction saying that the newly-built dwelling houses were nice.

After a while, telling that he was very pleasant that day, he asked an official about the removal state of the previous old dwelling houses.

The official replied that after tearing down all of the old ones, the builders newly built dwelling houses to make the inhabitants of the dong move into them and thus the public opinion was very good among the owners.

Listening to his reply, the respected General Secretary said that it can be said just as a dramatic change, noting that he heard the fact that citizens of Samjiyon City have taken delight in moving into their new houses saying that they understood well the meaning of the dramatic change through the occasion. People’s opinion is precisely the general evaluation of the construction of Samjiyon City, he added.

Continuing that to radically change the whole country was just the revolution, he repeatedly said that he was so pleased when the people felt joy.

At the moment, the officials could not repress their emotions looking up to the respected General Secretary who finds the greatest pleasure in the people’s happiness, regarding as the best the appreciation gained from the people.

Gazing at the dwelling houses built in Phothae-dong, he said with affection that he would give his blessing to all the inhabitants, owners of the new houses.

Indeed, it was a warm blessing of the benevolent father who holds all the people in his broad bosom and shows warm love and affection to them.
