A music and dance performance was given by the Ensemble of the Ministry of National Defence at the April 25 House of Culture on Friday for celebrating the 76th founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Army.

Among the audience were Kang Sun Nam, Jong Kyong Thaek and other commanding officers of the Ministry of National Defence and service personnel of the Korean People’s Army.

Put on the stage were colorful numbers including hymns praising the leaders and songs of the revolutionary army which have been resounded far and wide in the glorious journey of the revolutionary armed forces.

The performers sang in high praise of the invincible might of the heroic Korean People’s Army which has grown to be matchless army by whetting its red bayonet for 76 years and developing its absolute strength, being guided by the unique military idea of the great illustrious commanders for self-defence and under their outstanding leadership.

Through the performance, the audience more keenly realized the immutable truth that the history of victory of the revolutionary armed forces, which is great in its foundation and succession, will be immortal century after century as it is led by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the most brilliant commander.
