The Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill is well-known as an advanced unit in the production and spreading Taekwon-Do showing our nation’s spirit.

In this regard, Sim Jong Min, a trade union official of the mill, said that Taekwon-Do became a friendly sport event for the employees.

Taekwon-Do is a very good physical exercise for training one’s body, he said, adding that all the employees are learning hard Taekwon-Do.

The mill normally organizes the spread of Taekwon-Do so that all the employees can master in its basic pattern actions and girl lodgers of the mill after their daily work exercise Taekwon-Do to complete their actions till night.

On the first sports day this year, too, various sports events and the Taekwon-Do demonstration took place in the playground of the mill, thus encouraging the employees who have turned out in the New Year’s march.

Amid the growing concern about Taekwon-Do day after day, Ju Song Sim, a silk reeler of the workshop No.4, and Kim Jin Yong, a sorter of the sorting workshop, were highly appreciated at the Taekwon-Do judgement.

Their growing pride in Taekwon-Do, it was a precious success brought by patriotic minds of the officials and employees of the mill to encourage the national sports and bring it in full bloom.

With the encouragement of Taekwon-Do, the news of innovation will be heard endlessly.
