Senior Party and Government Officials Visit Kumsusan Palace of Sun

All the people in the DPRK are significantly greeting the greatest auspicious February holiday of the nation in the general advance for dynamically ushering in the period of overall development of their dignified country, a new era of great change. They pay the highest tribute to the sacred temple of Juche, recollecting with deep reverence the noble career and immortal exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il, peerless patriot and great sage of the revolution.

Kim Tok Hun, Jo Yong Won, Choe Ryong Hae and Ri Pyong Chol, Presidium members of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and other senior Party and government officials and officials of ministries, national institutions and armed forces organs on Friday visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun on the occasion the birthday of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

A floral basket in the name of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was laid before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Placed at the statues were floral baskets in the names of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK and the Cabinet of the DPRK.

The participants paid high tribute to the statues of the great leaders.

At the hall where Chairman Kim Jong Il lies in state, they extended greetings of best wishes for immortality to him, who had devoted his whole life to the prosperity and development of the country and the well-being of the people.

They hardened their firm determination to uphold the idea and leadership of Kim Jong Un with one mind and will and fulfill their responsibility and duty, entrusted by the times and the revolution, in the van of the all-people struggle for implementing the resolutions of the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee and the 19th Enlarged Meeting of the Political Bureau of the 8th Party Central Committee by displaying the most strenuous spirit and stubborn drive.
