Pledge Made on Inphung Hill

People in Jagang Province with floral baskets and bouquets visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Inphung Hill, Kanggye City on the occasion of the greatest national holiday in February.

The visitors were full of deep reverence for the great leaders.

They made up their minds to devote themselves to the present struggle for realizing the desires of the President and the Chairman upholding faithfully the leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

Cradle of Love Full of Laughter 

There took place a performance by orphans of Wonsan Orphanage on February 16 in celebration of the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il. The orphans are growing happily full of laughter under the warm care of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who turns into reality the noble intention of the Chairman who devoted his all to rising generation.

Put on the stage were various numbers including piano solo, violin solo, Oungum ensemble and dance. During the performance the orphans showed bright figures of themselves who grew up as happy children under the warm care of the Party.

Many orphans expressed their yearning for and gratitude toward the respected fatherly Marshal in their calligraphic works. Their happy and bright figures show that the laughter and happiness of our children will last forever and the future of our country will be bright as we hold the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un in high esteem.

People Enjoy Happy Time in Minsok Street, Sariwon City 

Minsok(folk) Street decorated with colorful ornaments in Sariwon City was visited by a lot of people who enjoyed happy time there.

Many families took photo sessions with the Turtle Ship, an iron clad warship in the shape of turtle, for a background and schoolchildren and youths spent pleasant time on the Kyongam Pavilion, Chongchun Pavilion, etc.

The visitors were full of yearning for Chairman Kim Jong Il who had visited the street under construction despite a biting cold weather to learn in detail about the construction situation and instruct to spruce up the street and preserve national cultural heritages well.

The Chairman had been deeply concerned for developing our folk tradition as required by the aesthetic tastes of the times.

Now we lead a happy life thanks to his devotion for the people.
