A seminar of social scientists took place on Tuesday to mark the 10th publication anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s work "Let Us Hasten the Final Victory through a Revolutionary Ideological Offensive".

Present there were Thae Hyong Chol, president of the Academy of Social Sciences, officials, teachers and researchers in the fields of science and education and Party cadre training institutions.

The seminar heard papers explaining and proving the historic significance of General Secretary Kim Jong Un’s famous work and the theoretical and practical issues arising in carrying through the important tasks set forth in the work. The papers were made public by Kim Song Il, section chief of the Academy of Social Sciences, Ju Il Ung, a teacher of the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Ri Man Sok, department head of Kumsong University of Politics, and Pak Myong Nam, department head of Kim Il Sung University.

Speakers said that Kim Jong Un’s work is a monumental work as it provided a landmark for a radical turn in the Party ideological work in the new era of the Juche revolution.

They stressed that he is a prominent leader guiding the Korean revolution to a steady advance by remarkably enhancing the might of ideology.

It is the basic duty of the ideological work of our Party at present to imbue the entire Party and the whole society with the revolutionary idea of the Party Central Committee, they noted.

They said that it is an important task facing the social scientists to increase the might of the ideology-first principle to the maximum and thus accelerate the speed of the general onward march toward comprehensive national rejuvenation.
