Kaeson Kindergarten in Moranbong District affiliated to Pyongyang Teacher Training College has been well-known as a unit for training many talented children by constantly improving the innovative educational methods and the quality of education.

Herein lies also the devoted efforts of a kindergartener Kim Jong Im.

Kim is an excellent educator who has made efforts to possess high qualifications as an educator with a deep awareness that the education is an honorable work for culturing the future of the country and revolution and also the very responsible and worthwhile one.

Recently, she plays a leading role in creating fresh educational work.

She holds the limelight in the work for creating the educational method merging science and art, computer, robot and foreign languages in the kindergarten education and last year, she generalized the new educational methods based on robot and scientific play through the country, thus practically contributing to improving the level of the regional and rural kindergarten education.

Among the children taught by Kim in the last period are talents who proved successful in the national children’s contests and pupils studying in Pyongyang Secondary School No.1 and other bases for training reserve talents.

Kim, being respected as a model of the kindergarteners, was selected as one of the ten best teachers for 2023.
