Various circles in the puppet ROK are getting fiercer in their struggle to impeach puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who has escalated the danger of war by kicking off the reckless confrontational racket and military provocations against the DPRK.

A large number of people turned out in the 79th candlelight rally and demonstration on March 2, in demand of the impeachment of Yoon and the halt to war drills.

At the rally held in Seoul on the theme of "Let us bring to justice the regime protecting Kim Kon Hui through voting!", speakers said that the war drills with the U.S. have become a daily occurrence due to Yoon Suk Yeol who seeks to tide over the ruling crisis and disturb the special investigation into Kim Kon Hui-related scandal by escalating the danger of war.

Saying that the large-scale ROK-U.S. joint drills launched on March 4 spark off greater concern, they strongly denounced Yoon for turning the puppet ROK into a nuclear war zone as a war shock brigade of the U.S., remaining indifferent to the people who are living in uneasiness and horror due to the war drills.

Then its participants staged a demonstration march toward the U.S. embassy and the Japanese embassy in Seoul and the puppet presidential office, chanting such slogans as "Let us impeach Yoon Suk Yeol who kills the people and protects Kim Kon Hui only!"

A candlelight rally demanding the impeachment of Yoon took place in Kwangju, too, under the slogan "Let us build the impeachment ’National Assembly’ by dint of the general unity of the democratic forces!"

Meanwhile, organizations of various circles including the People’s Action are staging an emergency protest action against the reckless war drills with the U.S., while expanding the joint struggle front.

Press conferences and rallies were held in Taejon and Inchon cities and other parts of the puppet ROK. Saying that the present situation has reached the brink of a dangerous nuclear war because of the joint military drills with the U.S, speakers accused the regime of lavishing funds on staging large-scale military exercises every year to trigger a military clash and invite a nuclear war. They called for stopping that war machine and punishing war maniac Yoon, expressing their will to launch anti-U.S., anti-war and anti-Yoon actions in solidarity with organizations of various circles.
