New greeting cards carrying warm congratulations and respects for the women were issued in the DPRK to mark the March 8 International Women’s Day.

Reflected in those cards bearing such letters as "March 8 International Women’s Day" and "Congratulations" are deep gratitude for the women devoting themselves to prosperity and development of the country.

Cards carrying images of women revolutionaries with ardent patriotism show the outlook on life of the Korean women adding freshness and beauty to our society.

And cards depicting women labor innovators well show the mental world of the Korean women powerfully pushing one of the two wheels of the revolutionary chariot while making contributions to the national prosperity and development through their sincere and creative efforts.
