In November, Juche 104(2015), the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a subway Station of the Pyongyang Metro where a trial operation of the newly manufactured subway train was to be conducted.

While he was looking round the passenger quarters of the subway train, he let his eyes rest on a sign for privileged seats.

The sign indicated the privileged seats for the aged, disabled, pregnant women and baby-carrying mothers.

The sign was made true to the instructions of the respected General Secretary who had saw a subway train newly manufactured by the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex in the previous month and told to install perfect fittings in the train in aesthetic and practicable way.

After looking at the passenger seats in the subway train for a while, he said that the privileged seats for the aged and disabled people should be colored differently with ordinary ones. And he saw to it that standing seats were installed in the train for office workers who do clerical work on chairs for a long time. He even referred to the issue of installing folding chairs for space for pushcarts or prams.

Thus, he paid deep attention to even the fittings of the subway train in order to provide our people with more convenient and cultural one.
