Patriot, His Great Trust

The following happened one May day in Juche 104(2015) when the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a farm.

That day he acquainted himself with details about research into seed production and management of the farm, making rounds of the seed research institute, experimental factory and experimental and cultivation fields.

Then he expressed great satisfaction at the achievements made by the relevant sector and officials, scientists, researchers and employees of the farm in their efforts to put the seed production on a scientific basis.

The officials were wrapped in strong feelings, looking up to the respected General Secretary who valued and appreciated every one of the achievements.

Saying that the farm is an experimental farm of the Party Central Committee, which was under the great care of Chairman Kim Jong Il and to which he has also paid primary attention, he underlined the need for the farm to steadily take the lead in implementing the Party’s policy for bringing about a radical turn in seed selection in order to effect a signal success in the development of agriculture, a major thrust in the drive for defending socialism.

Praising the officials, scientists, researchers and employees of the farm as patriots as they are working hard with sweat of their brow and enthusiasm, regardless of whether they are known or not and recognized or not, he said the Party Central Committee would always remember their feats.

How deep his love and trust are!

For repaying his love and trust incomparable with anything with their loyalty even now our officials, scientists and researchers of the agricultural sector have devoted their wisdom and zeal to the work for developing the country’s agricultural development.

When He Inspected Farm in Northern Part of Country

One July day of Juche 107(2018) the respected General Secretary inspected the Junghung Farm in Samjiyon City.

He called in on a workteam of the farm and learnt in detail about the farm machines and tractors it had.

Saying what he wanted to know with utmost care is the proportion and level of mechanization of potato farming, he noted that the level of the comprehensive mechanization of the farm should be raised decisively.

He said that if they take into full account how many and what kinds of farm machines are needed to do all of the farm work with the help of machines without hesitation and inform the Party of it, it will work hard to carry it into reality.

And he added that it is the Party’s firm determination to first build the farm into an exemplary unit for modernization of farm machines and, on this basis, turn Samjiyon City and its farms into the standard unit of our country whose comprehensive mechanization is realized perfectly on a high level and a farm of comprehensive mechanization where farmers’ ideal has come true.

His saying that day reflects the love of the great father who values our agricultural workers.
