Upholding the Party’s intention to heighten the responsibility in implementing the socialist policies for schoolchildren, North Hamgyong Province promotes the construction of the Chongjin School Shoes Factory in its final stages.

The province conducted the command over the construction powerfully after setting goal to finish the construction on the highest level. They, giving priority to provision of equipment and materials, aroused the masses to campaign to implement the Party’s ideas and safeguard its policies.

Officials and builders engaged in the construction introduced advanced building method and heightened the enthusiasm for socialist emulation while giving full play to their responsibility in the construction. Thanks to their efforts, the school shoes factory came to show its appearance in a short span of time.

The province pushed forward with the manufacturing of equipment needed for shoes production simultaneously.

The compound of the factory were paved and trees of good species were planted in it.
