It happened some days ago when we visited the Small and Medium Power Stations Management Office in Songchon County.

At that time, we could hear the singing voices from a room; some persons were singing and performing the musical instruments here and there.

According to an accompanying county official, the art performance attended by employees and their family members of the office has been normally given and there would be a countywide rehearsal at night.

All the employees and their family members who mastered at least one musical instrument appeared on the stage ahead of the rehearsal.

We could see at a glance that their artistic abilities were high and we were charmed with their art world unconsciously.

Put on the stage were colorful numbers such as instrumental ensemble and a narration poem and song.

Those full of optimism showed well the high spiritual world of them who were speeding up this year’s march following the Party’s leadership, as well as their cultural and emotional life.

An innovator youth said that the song was not only the optimism and emotion about his working site but also the struggle and strength, noting with pride that they prepared all the numbers during recesses of the daily work.

An elderly employee talked that the office had won the Three-Revolution Red Flag and title of model law-abiding unit in the course of actively conducting the mass-based art activities and in the future, too, the office’s honor would be increased.

Meanwhile, the feedback of the family members who took part in the art performance were good.

They unanimously told with a smile that at first, they were worried at the thought that they would participate in the performance but nowadays they became versatile persons in singing, art of speaking, musical instrument and others.

After a while, they headed toward the place where the rehearsal was to be held together with their husbands.
