The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Kumsanpho Fish Pickling Factory on January 14 in Juche 106(2017), always wearing a broad smile.

At that time an official of the factory felt uneasy because the factory was short of the technical forces and there were no methods to manage the factory.

Reading his mind, the respected General Secretary inspired him with confidence and also indicated the ways for operating the factory.

The next moment another worry made the official’s mind heavy because there was nowhere to learn the experience of processing fish pickling or its technology, so he informed the General Secretary of his troubles.

Being told about it, the respected General Secretary laughed cheerfully and said that he had good news for him, adding as follows:

How can I feel relieved after entrusting the construction of the fish pickling factory, only one in the world, for improving the dietary life of people and servicepersons; we should solve the faced difficulties together step by step; if we fail to do so, we would never realize the people’s dream and ideal.

And then, saying that he heard that a factory took the lead in processing fish pickling, the General Secretary advised the official to make the able members of the factory learn various technologies and experience from its officials and technicians.

At the moment the official was wrapped in emotion and delight.

Indeed, our people lead happy life under the care of the great father.
