A meeting was held in the DPRK on March 20 to mark the 10th anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s field guidance to the Okryu Children’s Hospital.

Present there were Hong Chol Jin, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and officials and employees of the hospital.

Jo In Su, director of the hospital, made a report.

The reporter said that Kim Jong Un personally proposed building a children’s hospital and visited its construction site several times to make sure that the hospital was completed at the highest level.

He said that Kim Jong Un visited the hospital on operation on March 21, Juche 103 (2014), gave an instruction to improve medical service and settled all problems arising in the management and operation of the hospital.

The warm love of the tender-hearted father, who sent a lot of modern medical equipment and vehicles, served as a driving force that encouraged the officials and employees of the hospital to fulfill their duty as the Party’s health workers, he stressed.

He said that many successes have been achieved in treatment of patients and scientific research for the past decade true to the will of Kim Jong Un.

He called upon all the officials and employees to devote their all to ensuring that all children grow up to be the masters of the future in hearty response to the noble outlook of the mother Party on the rising generation.
