To Suit Tastes and Demands of People

One January day in Juche 106(2017), the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Ryugyong Kimchi Factory.

Making the rounds of the factory, he expressed satisfaction with a food-processing base conducive to improving our people’s diet.

He said that how delighted it would have been if we had visited this wonderful factory together with President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who had paid deep attention to industrializing kimchi production. The accompanying officials were moved by his saying.

The respected General Secretary stressed the need to make kimchi to suit the people’s tastes and demands after learning in detail about the people’s requirement through operation of kimchi-service counters.

Commenting on various kinds of kimchi favored by people, he gave important instructions to the officials.

Receiving his instructions, the officials deeply felt that the General Secretary is the benevolent father of the people.

The Issue He Paid Deep Attention to

The respected General Secretary inspected a fish-processing station one November day in Juche 108(2019).

Dropping in at the quick-freezing site, he expressed great satisfaction at the streaming fishes.

He personally touched a frozen fish block and said that the fish block did not hard.

After a while, he asked if the fish would be dried a little in the freezing storage.

An official explained the method of preventing from getting dry. Then the General Secretary instructed to regularly observe the storage of fish.

Like this the respected General Secretary repeatedly paid attention to freshness of fish.

Bearing in mind his instructions, the officials renewed their will to work heart and soul for the people.
