Issue He Stressed Importantly

One June day in Juche 102(2013) the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the Changsong Foodstuff Factory.

That day he learnt in detail about the production based on local raw material during his inspection.

In Changsong County the system of gathering and purchasing wild fruits and wild edible greens according to their seasons on the mountains transformed into golden and treasured ones was established thanks to the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

After being informed about it from an official of the factory the respected General Secretary said with a broad smile on his face that it is natural to do it and stressed that the senior official should be the first to take the lead in doing it.

On the way to the factory the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un had said that to secure raw material is as important as to modernize the equipment of the regional-industry factories and the raw material issue of the regional-industry factories should be solved mainly based on local raw material.

Looking up to the respected General Secretary, the officials keenly realized once again the importance of issue of solving raw material issue based on local raw material in developing regional industry.

Methodology He Deeply Implanted

One July day in Juche 107(2018) the respected General Secretary inspected the Onpho Holiday Camp in Kyongsong County late at night and unfolded the plan for renovating the camp in a modernized way.

After the inspection he asked a senior official of the county about the regional industry in the county.

Listening to his answer, the respected General Secretary, saying that the work for modernizing the essential foodstuff factory should be done well, added as follows:

In order to normalize the production of the regional-industry factories in the county and hit the target for modernization officials should arouse the technicians and skilled workers in the county. Science and technology is the main source among those necessary for developing the county and technicians and skilled workers are the main forces for developing the county.

Receiving his instruction, the official reproached himself, as he thought that the county should receive assistance from the province in view of technical force. It was an inappropriate work attitude.

The respected General Secretary gave an end to such way of thinking and taught the right methodology for developing the county in line with developing era.

That day the official kept deep in mind that the key to improving the living standard of people in the county lies on the road of giving precedence to science and technology.
