Blessed House

Villagers say that our house is blessed one.

Whenever hearing those words, I think of the blessings overflowing our house under the care of the Party.

Our family moved to new house last year.

And in the new house, my mother received the birthday spread from the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un on the centenary of her birth amid congratulations from a lot of people.

At that time our mother requested over and over again children to do more works for the grateful socialist system.

She often says that she feels as if she had grown some ten years younger.

And now she frequently takes out the license for the use of houses and strokes it with emotion, and boasts of it to her relatives on the phone.

I will surely repay the Party’s love for the ordinary farmers with rich harvest every year.

Half Year That Passed like Dream

It has been a half year since a housewarming event appeared in our village situated in remote mountainous area thanks to the benevolence of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

To tell the truth, I got married a few years ago and had a dream.

Whenever seeing the splendid dwelling houses through the newspaper and TV, we also wanted to live in such new dwelling houses.

Then, last year new dwelling houses were built in less than a year and I, too, received a new dwelling house.

Since then our house has been livened up almost every day. After hearing the fact that I moved into new house, my relatives and friends as well as journalists and artists have called in at my house all the time.

Indeed, those days in the new house were dreamy ones.

Our family members will devote all to the farm work for repaying the Party’s love.

Civilized Life

Now we, farmers, are leading the civilized life to be envied by townsmen to the full.

Housewives are fond of the new houses best as there is everything necessary for home life in the houses including wide kitchen furnished with scullery and sideboard.

As there is a falls and pond made by using the water flowing down from the gorge in the park behind the village, the old of the village overlook the uncommon scenery on rest days.

And there are also indoor and outdoor sports grounds for the young people and children in the village.

In particular, the night view in the village is fantastic.

I, as a primary official responsible for the farming of a work-team, will make my work-team a patriotic collective by briskly waging high-yielding movement.
