An oratorical meeting of officials and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea (GFTUK) took place at the Central Hall of Workers on Thursday to celebrate the 112th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

Present there were Pak In Chol, chairman of the C.C., GFTUK, and trade union officials and workers and union members in Pyongyang.

The performers highly praised the undying feats of Kim Il Sung who laid the foundation for the eternal victory and prosperity of the Korean-style socialism under the banner of independence in politics, self-support in the economy and self-reliance in national defence and the greatness of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who ushered in a new era of a prosperous power comprehensively realizing the long-cherished desire of the people.

They praised the President as a peerless legendary hero and patriot as he advanced the unique ideology of national independence and self-reliant independence and led the arduous anti-Japanese war to brilliant victory to achieve the great historic cause of national liberation.

They called for devoting loyalty and patriotic enthusiasm to the road of upholding the intention of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, the great pioneer and creator for the realization of the ideal of socialism who is ushering in a new era of the comprehensive development that the capital city and regions are developing together with devoted service for the people’s well-being.
