An oratorical meeting of agricultural workers and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) took place on April 12 to thoroughly implement the Regional Development 20×10 Policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).

Present there were Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the Central Committee of the UAWK, officials of the union and agricultural workers and members of the union in Pyongyang.

At the meeting, the performers expressed their gratitude to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, who is making a journey of great devotion to provide the people with happy life, and their determination to contribute to the regional-industry revolution.

They praised the feats of the General Secretary who set the regional rejuvenation and innovative development as the epochal long-cherished work to be surely carried out by the Party and made the first solemn report for the successful implementation of the great programme of practice.

They stressed that the WPK’s Regional Development 20×10 Policy is a fruition of love associated with the devotion and efforts of the peerlessly great man and a noble and great revolutionary programme leading the Korean people to new civilization and happiness.

They called upon all the agricultural workers and members of the union to devote their sincere sweat and efforts to every field with the spirit of the service personnel working miracles and innovations in the van of the struggle for implementing the policy, and thus live and work as genuine patriotic peasants defending and supporting the Party with grain.
