The work to build the modern wheat processing bases with large production capacity is being actively pushed ahead with in conformity with the vigorous campaign to heighten the wheat harvest per hectare in the agricultural field. In such an atmosphere the construction of the modern wheat processing factories with the capacity of tens of thousands of tons has started in Kangryong and Singye counties.

Officials and builders of the Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration, South Hwanghae and North Hwanghae provinces, who have turned out to implement the resolutions of the Ninth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, strive to complete the construction of the factories at the standard demanded by the Party.

The Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration and the wheat processing base construction guidance team dynamically conduct the command and operation to complete the construction qualitatively in time while intensifying the close cooperation with relevant provinces.

South Hwanghae Province has provided excavators, shovels and large trucks necessary for the construction and conducted the work to heighten the technical skill of the builders in a foresighted way.

The builders have finished the excavation for foundation in a short span less than a few days and begun the concrete tamping for foundation.

North Hwanghae Province also conducts the command and operation in a watertight manner under the target to complete the construction of the wheat processing factory in Singye County in a short span of time.
