Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea (IIJI), and his party, and Matteo Carbonelli, vice director-general of the IIJI, and his party left here on April 18 after taking part in the international seminar on the Juche idea held on the occasion of the 112th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.
