Servicepersons, working people and schoolchildren of the DPRK visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il across the country to pay high tribute to them on the occasion of the significant founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army.

Floral baskets in the names of the Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries and national agencies, units of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) and the Public Security Forces (PSF), institutions, enterprises and factories at all levels in Pyongyang were laid at the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill.

The visitors paid tribute to the statues, recollecting the noble revolutionary careers of the peerlessly great men who gave birth to the building of the Juche-based revolutionary armed forces and ushered in a great heyday of bolstering up the military muscle.

Floral baskets in the names of KPA and PSF units, institutions and enterprises were placed at the statues of the great leaders in various parts of the capital city, including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security.

Servicepersons, working people and schoolchildren across the country visited the statues of the great leaders in their residential areas to pay high tribute to them.
