Under the wise guidance of the great Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the socialist rural civilization in the new era is being brought into full bloom in the DPRK. A modern village has been built at the Oryu Vegetable Farm in Sadong District of Pyongyang Municipality.

The new houses of peculiar styles, which meet the needs of socialism, are associated with the energetic guidance and great benevolence of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is putting his heart and soul into the effort to provide the agricultural workers with an affluent and civilized life.

A ceremony for moving into those new houses took place on the spot on April 30.

Present there were Ri Myong Chol, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs in Sadong District, builders and agricultural workers.

Hong Hyon, vice-chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal People’s Committee, made a congratulatory address.

Licenses for the use of the new houses were handed over to the farmers and speeches were made.

A cheerful dancing party was staged and officials visited the new houses to congratulate their owners and present them with daily necessities.
