A meeting took place on Thursday to mark the 10th anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s visit to the Songdowon International Children’s Camp.

Present there were Kim Myong Chol, secretary of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and officials, teaching staff and campers of the camp.

Ri Jin Yong, vice-director of the camp, made a report.

The reporter said that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who spares nothing for the rising generation, visited the camp several times in a year and showed warm love and affection to be conveyed to posterity.

He said with excitement that Kim Jong Un, who was present at the inauguration ceremony of the camp on May 2, Juche 103 (2014), spent the whole day with schoolchildren.

He recalled that the officials and teaching staff of the camp have provided campers with good education and camping conditions for the past decade, bearing in mind the great benevolence of Kim Jong Un, thus making a positive contribution to promoting schoolchildren’s physical and mental health so that they could grow up to be pillars of the country.

The reporter called upon all the officials and teaching staff to become the foundation and roots in the worthwhile work for translating the noble intention of the motherly Party for the rising generations into reality so as to make the happy laughter of schoolchildren and their song of "We are the happiest in the world" resound far and wide.
